We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO and Senior Leadership team. Duties will include scheduling and organizing meetings, travel and department activities for President and the Senior Leadership team.  In addition, will handle administrative duties such as sort and prioritize mail and developing presentations. 

 

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of an Associates Degree and 5 years experience administrative experience supporting senior level position(s), strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong interpersonal and communication skills,  with the ability to multi-task.
