Serta Mattress Company, a market leader committed to providing exceptional quality products & services, seeks an experienced “hands-on” Production Supervisor with superior leadership skills to work at our Serta-Cincinnati facility.
Organizes & supervises daily manufacturing functions in order to meet production, delivery, quality, safety, efficiency and cost objectives. Supervises assigned staff in a JIT manufacturing/assembly environment and fosters positive working relationships; assists with production planning and control. Position requires effective leadership, communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, analytical, organizational and planning skills along with solid manufacturing experience in a leadership role. College degree in a related field along with computer proficiency a plus. Prior bedding manufacturing experience a plus!
Solid communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, analytical, detailed-oriented, organizational and planning skills along with related manufacturing experience in a leadership role required! College level coursework, computer proficiency and mechanical aptitude required; Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
