This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience. As an Account Manager you will be managing sales throughout the state of Utah by servicing existing customers and targeting new prospects. In addition, you will develop and manage a territory plan that provides a growth plan consistent with strategic goals. Dedication to achieving team goals will be critical to success of our overall business. This territory is our largest within the environmental services division and offers significant growth opportunity. Bachelor of Science degree is preferredMinimum 5 years of Environmental Services sales experience is desired Must have a proven track record of success managing high profile accounts and large customer base. Must possess strong negotiation skills with suppliers. Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations desired.Hazardous Waste Characterization and Profiling experience desired.Self-motivated with a passion for winning, well organized and demonstrates an ability to influence others.Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills along with the ability to work independentlyProficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP BW reporting is a plus!
