Sales Engineer - PPD

Job Objective: The PropTrac Sales Engineer is the primary contact in assigned accounts and/or territories for OTG's fracture diagnostics services. Coordinates and delivers PropTrac proposals and post-job reports to assigned customers. Grows PropTrac market share by implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies.Essential Functions: * Performs role of principal PropTrac sales and technology contact for assigned E&P accounts/territories.* Coordinates development of and presents PropTrac proposals and post job reports to assigned E&P customers.* Attends PropTrac field service jobs for assigned accounts when requested by supervisor.* Maintains PropTrac customer list for assigned accounts/territories.* Forecasts future PropTrac jobs/revenue for assigned account/territories.* Grows PropTrac market share by implementing targeted sales and marketing initiatives in assigned accounts/territories.* Keeps PropTrac management team informed of customer/competitor/market issues relating to fracture diagnostics.* As requested by supervisor, may also be responsible for resin coated proppant sales in assigned accounts/territories.* Develops professional relationships with key targeted customer personnel.* Actively participates in local/national E&P industry association programs related to fracture diagnostics.* Maintains all assigned company property in good working condition. Ensures good relations with all internal departments. Adheres to all company policies and business standards.

Education/Qualifications:

* Degree in Engineering* 3-5 years of hydraulic fracturing experience including one year designing and selling fracture treatments with an oilfield service company* Travel up to 75% globally* Excellent PC and presentation skills* Experience in diverse areas & basins* Capable of running a frac modeling program like FracPro or Meyers Special Requirement Details:Physical: Walking, driving, standing, lifting, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, fingering, talking, hearing and seeing. Must be able to adapt to situations involving the interpretation of feelings, ideas, or facts; be able to influence people in the opinions, attitudes, or judgments; and be able to generalize, evaluate, make decisions, and perform repetitive work.
