Experience of Procurement Management in the Oil Industry (preferred). Degree in Business or Engineering. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Superior communications skills (both written and verbal). Knowledge of contract/legal terms and conditions, and supply management. General knowledge of logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point). Knowledge of SAP, Lotus Notes. Ability to think both strategically and tactically. Solve problems quickly and systematically. Strong analytical, writing, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to think outside traditional procurement boundaries and be able to effectively participate in multidisciplinary teams. Capable of reviewing financial documents, managing teams, coordinating activities and concluding projects effectively and in a timely manner. Above-average proficiency in the written English language. Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), INCOTERMS, business laws, and other legal aspects of purchasing.
