ROW Coordinator

Build, implement and process Project Status Reports for all regions of operation on maintenance and new acquisition projects; Review, complete and process project files received from all regions of operation for submittal to Lease Records; Prepare and process New Mexico fasline (right-of-entry) grants, land grants and completion affidavits for new well connects; Prepare and process renewals for existing State of New Mexico road crossing permits; Aid in-house and field agents in locating existing easements and plats for acquisition and maintenance projects; Assist in the process of encroachments and foreign pipeline crossings for all regions of operation; Assist or perform in-house due diligence projects (on an “as needed” basis); Cross-train with Land/ROW Administrative Assistant for coverage during any absence.Other duties as assigned

Minimum Essential QualificationsHigh School diploma or Equivalent Minimum five (5) plus years working experience of in-house Land/ROW functions and processes and/or work related administrative position(s);Strong proficient PC skills to include knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft office products including Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and AccessStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workAbility to be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks;Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to develop good working relationships within and outside the companyConscientious about quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables Hand/eye coordination necessary to operate office equipmentAble to lift 25 pounds to move files and retrieve information

Preferred QualificationsCurrent or recent experience of working in Land/ROW environment; Prior working experience with various outside vendors, governmental or quasi-governmental entities; A plus if familiar with Oracle Database
