Process Industry Technical Sales Representative
Spraying Systems Co., the world's leading manufacturer of industrial spray products, offers more than 87,000 different spray nozzles and accessories with manufacturing facilities around the world. Spraying Systems Co.’s controls division, AutoJet Technologies, supplies precision spray systems to end users and OEM’s in all areas of industry. These precision spray systems can accurately apply coatings, control gas conditioning, improve tank cleaning effectiveness as well as provide better quality and increased production in all areas of manufacturing.
The representative for Spraying Systems Co. and AutoJet Technologies in Texas and New Mexico is seeking an experienced, technically minded person for sales to process, petrochemical and general industry. We are searching for a high energy, self motivated individual that is competitive, persistent, driven, and has the ability to close the sale. The right person will increase sales of Spraying Systems Co.’s custom injection quills, lances and standard spray products to the process and petrochemical markets. Marketing, promoting, designing and providing service for AutoJet Technologies precision spray systems is the other area of responsibility.
Responsibilities include making sales calls to end users, engineering companies and OEM’s to grow sales by meeting company goals and objectives. This individual will be responsible for customer relations, new business development, account maintenance, customer service during and after the sale and successfully reaching revenue targets.
Experience and Education Experience in the petrochemical industry required A strong technical and mechanical aptitude College degree and/or technical certification preferred Certification in industrial fluid process equipment is a plus An understanding of control systems and P&ID A positive attitude and highly motivated to succeed Good oral and written communication / presentation skills Computer competency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The selected applicant will be based in the Houston area and work from their home. The majority of calls will be in the Houston area with potential to travel throughout the state. Overnight travel, while not typical, is required. Pay will be directly related to industry experience and education.
