Plant Maintenance Manager / Reliability Engineer

PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER / RELIABILITY ENGINEERTo lead and direct the maintenance team at our Charleston, WV Plant to assure the optimum maintenance, reliability and maintenance cost for production operations, through implementation of new and or improved techniques and systems for predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance.  In order to accomplish the Operational Excellence goals, the Maintenance Manager will lead the unionized maintenance team through supervision, planning, training, purchasing, inventory control, engineering and regulatory compliance.We are seeking a degreed candidate in mechanical / electrical or other discipline.
