Marketing Support Specialist
Someone that MUST have drilling fluids experience, ideally in the field, then maybe in some time of operations coordinator role. Direct support of mktg and operations, needs prior knowledge of drilling fluids industry.
Responsibilities: Provide drilling and completion fluids product line support aligned with global marketing strategies. Obtaining, evaluating, and disseminating market intelligence and new technolog y to global managers. Preparing and delivering marketing presentations for new product introduction, inter-organizational communications, and marketing strategy implementation. Carry out market segmentation exercises in key operating markets. Facilitate communication across technical, marketing, and operational functions and maintain continuous global contacts with internal customers to determine market needs. Development and maintenance of promotional marketing literature, publications (external and internal), global product launch and peer reviewed technical papers. Skill Requirements: Prior experience and technical competency in drilling and completion fluids sales and operations is a requirement. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skill s are required. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years in Drilling, Completion Fluids or Waste Management market sectors. Experience in operations and sales, with direct interface with operating company personnel is desired. Prior Sales or Marketing experience/education is a bonus
