Executive Assistant- Oil & Gas- Downtown DIRECT HIRE $50-55K
Direct hire opportunity with oil & gas services firm in downtown. Our client is seeking a polished, professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO and COO. Excellent working environment, good benefits, paid parking.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the "gate keeper" for 3 executives
- Extensive travel booking for board members (international and domestic)
- Creating and editing Powerpoint presentations
- Taking meeting minutes
Qualified candidates will possess: 10-15 years Executive Support experience, oil & gas experience a strong plus Advanced MS Office skills (W, XL, PP, Outlook) Heavy calendaring and travel arrangement experience (international and domestic) Sharp, extremely strong organizational skills If you are interested in this excellent opportunity, please submit your resume below.
