Growing company in Downtown Houston is seeking to fill an Entry Level I.T/ Help Desk position with an opportunity of growth and promotion.
The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and/or knowledge in the following:Problem Solving (in many different situations) Customer Service/Phone skills Cisco IP Telephone Systems Desk top General trouble shooting Resetting Passwords Active Directory Email Directory Network Good with problem solving
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
