CHEMICAL Regional Account Manager - High Income
REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – CHEMICAL For over 60 years, our client has been a major U.S. marketer and distributor of a broad line of chemical products. They are a stable, well recognized, financially strong company that is backed by significant supply partners from Asia, South America, and Europe. These long-standing supply relationships give them the ability to offer their customers a consistent and dependable high quality product combined with their world-class U.S. customer service and distribution network.Including both commodity and specialty product derivatives, our client serves a variety of major industries including personal care, lubes and greases, household and industrial products, flavor, fragrance, and pharmaceutical mfg.Our search is specific to identifying candidates with chemical sales experience calling on several of these industries in the Houston marketplace. Experience selling to the expanded geography of TX, OK, AR, and LA is a plus. Our client is seeking individuals with exceptional accomplishments who have proven they can grow their business both by increasing profitable market share and product offering at existing accounts as well as expanding their client base through relationship developing / consultative selling. Regional Account Managers, with our client, are given a large geographic responsibility and must be comfortable with 50% overnight travel. Likewise, they have responsibility for managing their time and activities in order to maximize their selling impact.
