Accounts Payable Clerk

An oil and gas company located in the Greenspoint area has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable clerk, to join the accounting department in a temporary to hire role.  This position pays $14 to $16 an hour DOE.  Duties include: compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes. Computing costs and calculating rates for goods, services, and shipment of goods; posting data; and keeping other relevant records. 

Process a high volume of accounts payable; match, code and batch invoices; preparation and distribution of checks; communicate with vendors and internal departments; process expense reports; prepare spreadsheets as necessary. 

Requirements for this position are:  must have full cycle A/P experience; must have good communication skills; computer skill; 2-5 years accounts payable experience; manufacturing experience a plus; good organizational skills.  If you meet all of the requirements listed, please email your resume as a Word attachment to: shicks@resourcestaffing.com
