We are currently searching for an Account Manager for our office in the The Woodlands, TX.

 

Duties:
Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

Expands sales in existing accounts by building rapport with existing client base; positioning Moody as a provider of first choice.

Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

Recommends new services and solutions by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.

Skills/Qualifications:


Self-driven, customer-centred, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on quality and profitability.

 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to build successful relationships with customers and alike.  Strong track record of achieving sales successes with major organisations. Should have experience operating in the oil and gas, energy or petrochemical development projects.

 

Successful business to business sales professional, very experienced in consultative, benefits-lead, strategic selling. Able to demonstrate substantial revenue growth success from managing multi-level, multi-geography  sales campaigns in large accounts through the entire sales cycle.

 

Strong track record of building successful relationships at all Customer levels in very large organizations, including with senior executives, and able to adapt to different cultures around the world.  Very good at probing, challenging, analyzing and concept-building.

 

Able to deliver powerful, succinct and convincing messages to all levels in the Customer or within Moody through presentations and other means.

 

Strong track record of achieving sales success through account planning, pipeline management (including accurate forecasting) and structured sales processes.

 

Creative thinker, good at planning, organizing and follow-up. 

 

Able to understand supply chain management and procurement processes within global operating companies particularly with respect to major oil and gas, energy or petrochemical development projects.
