Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our people prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches. We are currently seeking a Manager to participate in and supervise multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to clients. Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services/work products. Identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services. Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services. Manage the work of client service team members. Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions. Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans. To qualify, candidates must have: an undergraduate degree, preferably with an emphasis in economics, finance or statistics; an advanced degree in economics or a Ph.D. is desirable at least 4 years (with a graduate degree) or 5 years (with an undergraduate degree) of business or economic advisory experience; professional services experience a plus broad exposure to transfer pricing issues preferred excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environmentErnst & Young is committed to diversity and equity.
