Senior Computer Operator

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Computer Operator at our Seattle office.  You will operate, update and install computer equipment; process work orders; generate a high volume of special forms, reports and checks; balance the number of checks printed; monitor computer jobs and Operator messages; monitor, troubleshoot and perform routine computer and printer maintenance; perform file transfers; assist with installation of new hardware and software; respond to internal phone calls and provide basic technical support to end users and maintain an inventory of data processing supplies.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of related experience; excellent customer service, attention to detail and follow through; basic math skills; and interest and ability to grow with the position into supporting other areas such as EDI, Novell, PCs, Windows and LAN/WAN. AS/400 experience strongly preferred.  Must be able to work a 9:00am – 6:00pm shift.  This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
