Senior Account Coordinator (Seattle)

Location:US-WA-Seattle Job Number:SEA00017 Employee Status : Regular Job Type :Experienced Schedule : Full-time Description The Senior Account Coordinator proactively manages accounts and stays on top of all account activity. This individual creates and maintains relationships within his/her account teams and acts as a part of the team. This position requires minimal supervision of others. Responsibilities Co-lead account team meetings, acting as the central point for all information related to the account. Co-manage the pursuit process with the team leader. Provide insights relevant to the go-to-market strategy for the account. Maintain account plans and regularly review against established milestones and targets. Ensure follow up on action items by tracking progress against deadlines. Provide relevant account knowledge to team(s) regarding the target/client, its industry and its competitors by collecting information from established sources. May establish protocols for the firm's Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) for accounts. May serve as an ASQ interviewer. Maintain industry and specialty knowledge, as well as, depth of expertise. Facilitate teaming among account team members integrating information and account strategy. Demonstrate an effective understanding and application of principles and practices of account management. Often act as a project manager for specific accounts, coordinating day-to-day activities. To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience approximately 5 -7 years of relevant experience; previous sales, marketing or project management experience is desirable strong organizational skills and attention to detail excellent written, verbal, oral and presentation skills the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously knowledge of firm's account management and relationship tools and processes a strong executive presence This position also requires willingness and ability to occasionally work additional hours, as necessary.
