NSR, a Northwest based, regional leader in the staffing industry, is currently sourcing for a Personnel Coordinator in our Kent office.As a Personnel Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our potential candidates via phone or in person. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming our candidate interviews daily, managing our local payroll to be processed at our corporate office and all administrative support to our Recruiters and Branch Manager. Our Personnel Coordinator is truly the back bone of our office. We depend on our PC to treat every candidate and client with the highest level of respect and professionalism. An outgoing, pleasant and positive outlook is required because you will be a major part of our candidate's experience while in our branch and once they are placed on assignment with our valuable clients. You will pre screen our applicants via phone and/or walk-in, set them up on skill evaluations and applications, and be their source for any questions regarding their paychecks, our web-based time keeping and direct deposit.The ability to think outside the box, keep a positive attitude and level head is a must! You should also come to the table with strong computer skills - excel, word and outlook.
