We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Production Support Representatives--Madison Office
Position acts to provide support to company business processes, including: data & document processing and distribution, bankruptcy processing, 2600 process, scanning, mail handling, maintenance and updating of accounts, switchboard and office/administrative support.
Candidates of interest will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities: 1+ years experience working in an Administrative or Operations Support function. Personal Computing skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Outlook, Internet, and keyboarding. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Strong organization skills. The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience working within Finance/Collections and cash handling skills desirable. Articulate written and verbal communications skills. Focus upon Customer Service and deliverables. Significant attention to detail.
