Medical Claims - Senior Processor / Customer Service Rep

We are currently seeking experienced senior level medical claims processors for our Lynnwood and Seattle, WA offices.  You will have dual responsibility for processing claims and providing customer service on assigned account(s).  Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years group health and dental claims processing experience and 1 year of telephone customer service.  Must have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of benefits claim processing, claims adjudication principles and procedures, medical and/or dental terminology and procedures, and ICD-9 and CPT-4 codes.  The successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpret plan documents and to consistently meet production and quality goals while delivering top quality customer service.  Must also have the ability to compose both routine and complex reports and correspondence.  Position is full-time, 37.5 hours/week.  Zenith Administrators offers a respectful work environment, convenient locations (Seattle – near Seattle Center; Lynnwood - near Alderwood Mall), and competitive pay and benefits including excellent health insurance plan at a very affordable cost, paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) plan, defined benefit pension plan, transportation subsidy, casual dress and more!  Send resume and cover letter indicating which location(s) you are interested in, referencing Job # 187-2008 to careers@zenithadmin.com or fax to (206) 216-3486, www.zenithadmin.com, Equal Opportunity Employer
