Major Accounts Salesperson
Job Purpose:
Yale Equipment & Services, Inc. of Wisconsin, a rapidly growing JCB construction equipment and Yale forklift dealer, is seeking an experienced outside sales representatives to:
Sell new and used construction and materials handling equipment in Southern Wisconsin by developing market potential through cold calling, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales. Construction or materials handling experience is helpful.Duties:
* Identify market potential by calling on and qualifying accounts within protected territories.* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing proposals.* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.* Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.* Updates job knowledge by participating in sales meetings, and related training.* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:
2-5 years Outside Equipment Sales Experience, Excellent People & Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Ability to work independently, Highly Motivated, Good Closing Skills, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Meeting sales goals and a valid driver’s license. Must have a strong history of successful sales growth with major accounts.
