Litigation Service Specialist

DTI is seeking a candidate for the entry level position of Litigation Service Specialist. This is a full-time on-site client environment position for the capture of data and images to client specified formats using Ipro Copy+, Adobe and other tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling

• Reliable/strong work ethic
• Hardware familiarity (Multifunctional Printers, Scanners and troubleshooting skills)
• Ability to operate in a networked environment consisting of shared resources is required.
• Work flexible hours
• A working knowledge of the following imaging/data processing applications is preferred but not required: Doculex / Ipro, Summation, Concordance, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced text editing skills are preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Capture of images and data to client specified formats
• Setup and conversion for print projects
• Creation of final delivery media
•Conversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG)
• QA of imaging and print products
• Quality and timeliness of all client deliverables.
• Scheduling to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
• Effectively communicating project status.
• Adjusting priorities as required.
• Work with production staff, the Site Manager, Firm Litigation Support staff to ensure proper specifications for technical deliverables
• Train staff and co-workers on technology and projects
• Learn new systems, formats and specifications as required
• Communicate with the Site Manager, Firm Litigation Support and the client with regard to project progress, issues and processes

Mail Center experience a plus. Knowledge of shipping and receiving needed. Knowledge of shipping Fedex, UPS and USPS mail welcomed. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Able to be walk or be on your feet for long periods of time.
