Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, talented inside sales representative with excellent communications and customer interaction skills, to join our growing Sales organization based in Tysons Corner, VA.

Responsibilities include:
Call into target accounts (large Commercial organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region), identify key decision makers, and drive 1:1 and small group meetings with executive and IT leaders who are candidates to procure Projility services 
Generate new leads within territory
Set meetings for Senior Partners with potential new clients
Leverage in-house and outside research tools to identify contacts and find new business opportunities within territory

Qualifications:
2-4 years of inside sales and lead generation experience
Proven track record of establishing contacts with new clients over the phone Consultative, question-based approach to sales
Demonstrated experience building pipeline and revenues for a growing organization.
Well organized, with outstanding written, verbal, presentation and conversation skills
Strong PC skills including use of web-based CRM software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work closely as part of a closely-knit Sales team on solution qualification, development, and closure

Prefer experience selling services, but not required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required
