Excel Forecasting Business Analyst $20-25/hrDescription: Excel Forecasting Business Analyst $20-25/hrThis North American (NA) Customer Service Reporting Group’s purpose is to develop the Customer Service Reporting strategy and deliver reporting and analysis capabilities to all lines of Customer Service businesses enabling the business owners to effectively manage their businesses by providing centralized reporting, analysis and solutions support for this group.The Customer Service Reporting Analyst will work closely with Customer Service stakeholders to develop their strategy for defining and capturing key customer service operational and strategic metrics that will enable the Customer Service team to effectively manage their business. In addition, the Reporting Analyst will support emerging reporting needs, working closely with key internal customers to define new reporting solutions. The position will be responsible for devising analysis and reporting capabilities of the customer service data that is stored in various tools using the data to identify recurring issues and providing decision makers with an accurate view into key performance metrics to manage their business. The Reporting Analyst will be instrumental in defining the business requirements for the Customer Service Data Warehouses and Reporting Applications.About Our Client:The Software Giant, a well known Software Development Manufacturer, headquartered in Redmond, Washington, is committed to the long term mission of helping their customers realize their full potential.
