Continuing Legal Education Conference Coordinator

Law SeminarsInternational seeks to hire a Continuing Legal Education Conference Coordinatorto join their hardworking team.  You will coordinate conferences from beginning to end including agenda development, hotel/catering RFP’s and arrangements, inviting speakers, coordinating and branding written materials,assembling biographies and information for brochures, faculty correspondence,archiving of credits and materials and making notes for future programs after the event. 



Candidate must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated,organized, great with details, results-oriented, possess great written and oralcommunication skills, and work well in a small office environment.  MUST have high degree of computer competency. Experience retrieving information from an ACCESS database and merging documents a major plus.
