Call Center Manager--Outbound

Expanding Credit Card Processing company is searching for an Outbound Call Center Manager to develop a Milwaukee-based outboud lead generating center for our Chicago-based sales department. Call center will maintain 15-20 outbound phone reps, expected to produce approximately 3 quality leads per day per rep.

Responsibilities will include:

*Interviewing and hiring of phone reps

*Serving as liaison between Milwaukee office and Chicago office

*Training, motivating, and disciplining all phone reps

*Management of daily lead production and quality

*Weekly reporting to Chicago Sales Execs

Ideal Candidate will possess:



*Previous Call Center Management a MUST

*Familiarity with a predictive dialer

*Exceptional motivational and leadership skills

*Excellent organizational skills

*Good writing and public speaking skills

*Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and various databases

Salary commensurate with experience.
