Assistant Project Manager
Description:Manage and promote Group Health's Commute Solutions Program, ensuring compliance with state transportation laws (i.e. Washington State Commute Trip Reduction Law). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Develop, implement and administer an Employee Transportation Plan that will meet or exceed targets mandated by the Washington State Commute Trip Reduction Law.Coordinate and administer annual CTR surveys.Draft and submit annual CTR and TMP reports.Develop and keep current employee transportation policies and procedures.Manage the Zipcar Program and provide on-site trainings for staff.Continually update and improve upon the Commute Solutions Website.Track and audit payroll deduction reports for all transit and parking deductions.Order and distribute all parking and transit passes for staff.Identify and provide timely solutions to employee parking and transit issues.Plan and organize on-site promotional events.Maintain database for employee parking and transit passes.Process and track all vendor invoices for the Commute Solutions Program.Monitor promotional expenses to ensure within the prescribed budget.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format. Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve problems involving several options in situations.
