Assiciate Buyer

·Performs data entry in fulfillment of authorizations, and places standing orders at the direction of the Buyer/Procurement Agent.·Inspects and inventories material once received. Verifies items, quantity, and quality are correct.·Assembles and delivers DME/DMS to team area·Provides inventory, shipping, and receiving support to Purchasing department by completing order fulfillment, responding to inquiries and monitoring availability and inventory integrity.·Cleans returned or newly donated equipment before putting in storage.*Minimum of High School Degree or GED required. *One to three years of related experience in a purchasing/buying function. *Basic word processing, data entry and spreadsheet software skills, preferring experience in using Microsoft Office products.*Must be able to create correspondence and to write routine reports. *Ability to read and interpret documents such as owners / maintenance manuals and instructions, operating procedure manuals, and safety rules. *Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or managers and employees of organization.*Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. *Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME), and experience in assessing DME for repairs and installation.*Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. *Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
