Our Vienna, VA office is seeking a candidate with an accounting background who will provide administrative support in the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is looking to get experience in the field of accounting as part of their long term career objectives.
Key Responsibilities
§ File maintenance for department
§ Contract scanning
§ Mailing/emailing of invoices to clients
§ Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts
§ Provide internal and external customer service
§ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
§ Good communication skills
§ 1 year of experience preferred
§ Word, excel, outlook
§ Very good attention to detail
Education
HS Diploma
