A great opportunity for a motivated recent college graduate who is a self-starter with excellent communication, MS Office experience, and organization skills to coordinate on-going eMedia team projects. 

 

The position reports to the SVP eMedia and will work in the Las Colinas, Irving, TX corporate offices.

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities

 Work with team to ensure successful project coordinationCreate timelines with action plan for projects.Track projects with expected delivery target date Collaborate on cross-team processes and resolve problems.Gather & aggregate site and industry data Ability to work in a team, perform other work-related duties, team meetings, and administrative tasks

 

 

Requirements/Skills

 PC literate, MS Office (heavy in Excel/Power Point)Proficient in Desk Top PublishingProject CoordinationExcellent organization and team building skillsData Aggregation and problem solving skillsTechnical writingExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDegree from an accredited college/universityAbility to work independently or as part of a team
