Sales Account Rep

Accountabilities: Meet or exceed year-to-date pace sales goals set forth by VP of Sales. Develop, maintain, and manage a formal systematic approach to accomplishing revenue goals (Opportunity Management Report). Actively pursue and identify a sufficient amount of new business opportunities on a monthly basis to support established revenue goals that account for sales cycles and demonstrated opportunity close rates. Create, develop, and deliver effective in-person sales presentations to qualified potential customers as required to meet sales objectives. Presentations must be conducted utilizing approved sales techniques. Provide detailed visit reports to Divisional Manager and Vice President of Sales. Perform follow-up customer calls after the sale to ensure the proper installation and utilization of products purchased. Directly responsible for managing an existing database of customers in an accurate and timely fashion. Act as a product knowledge expert to existing and potential customers by staying current on technical developments related to product offerings. Create, update, and submit required sales reports on a timely basis.  Able to work both independently as well as within a team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Establish clear expectations of sales duties and responsibilities with team members.  Maintain effective and professional communications with sales team members as well as all internal customers. Maintain judicious use of travel and entertainment expense allowance. Submit accurate expense reports on a timely basis. Perform other duties as assigned.  

Job Requirements:


 

    ·  Work requires local and overnight travel.  ·  Work requires an extensive knowledge of TWLK products and an excellent command of the English language. ·  Must be proficient in the following: closing skills, exceeding sales targets, prospecting, product presentation, negotiation skills, time management, and trouble shooting. ·  Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. ·  Must show an ability to work well with other departments within TWLK to solve time sensitive issues. ·  Must possess a basic understanding of the training industry. ·  Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, be able to work well in a team environment, and demonstrate a positive attitude, persistence, tenacity, and initiative. ·  Must possess basic computer knowledge.   TWL Knowledge Group will offer a “competitive salary” and “benefits package”.
