HR Director
CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Responsible for the Media Technology Digital teams across east and west coasts, including strategic direction and tactical Human Resources support.Drive strategic HR-related planning, organization design & integration, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, compliance and performance management.Manage key HR initiatives, including: Session C, EMS process, Compensation planning and title standardization.Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding general business acumen, how to navigate within the matrixed organization, how to properly manage employee relations issues, etc. Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner. Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values and strategic vision of the business. Assist in the delivery of training initiatives. Coordinate staffing process with Clients and Staffing function to identify optimal recruiting strategies; ensuring top quality candidates hired in reduced cycle times.Qualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.HR Generalist experience including recruiting, employee development, organizational development, compliance and compensation.Strong business acumen, analytical and project management skillsEligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered (note job#: 845133 ).
