Title: Ad Operations Manager  (TT 233-08)

Client Summary: Our client is the leading advertising network for mobile, VoIP and landline carriers. Their ad network and platform enables every telephony provider to generate new revenue stream by transforming its voice and messaging traffic into effective advertising inventory.

 

 

Position Summary:  The ad operations manager is a vital member of the Product team, providing technical operational support our clients Ad Network customers. As a team contributor, this person performs critical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision.

 

 

 

 



Primary Responsibilities: 

 



·  Direct responsibility of fulfillment of advertising campaigns.

 

·  Manage all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment including: ad campaign flighting, implementation and testing and delivery monitoring.

 

·  Manage and track campaign delivery, investigating discrepancies, reporting and campaign optimization.

 

·  Work closely with account managers and ad sales.

 

·  Create strategic plans for optimizing all aspects of delivery.

 

·  Identify, recommend and oversee implementation of tools and systems that will improve online advertising operations.

 

·  Liaison with advertisers/agencies to oversee proper implementation of campaigns (ad tags, mitigate reporting discrepancies, pixel placement/tracking, etc.)

 

·  Establish forecasts that anticipate the resources required for recurring monthly projects, rapid growth, new products, and ad hoc work.

 

·  Create and maintain specs and troubleshoot all creative problems as they arise.

 

·  Responsible for special projects, optimization strategy and client collaboration.

 

·  Provide sales with weekly reporting and alternative solutions for campaigns.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

 

·  3+ years experience working with an online ad operations team with experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems (i.e. DART, 24/7 Real Media, etc.).

 

·  BIG PLUS: Experience in ad operations for ad networks and mobile campaigns.

 

·  Familiar with DART, Atlas or similar ad servers.

 

·  Experience working with 3rd-party ad networks.

 

·  Work with finance department for end of month reporting.

 

·  Be a problem solver, manage multiple timelines and work across functions on occasion.

 

·  Skillful with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills.

 

·  Bachelors degree preferred

 

·  Strong client service skills, an aptitude for technology, and a passion to succeed in digital marketing are keys to job satisfaction.
