Technical Support- Clinical Laboratory Instrumentation
GTI Diagnostics is a medical diagnostics company located in Waukesha, WI (EOE). We develop, manufacture and market a variety of unique diagnostic assays for use in Histocompatibilty, Blood Bank and Coagulation laboratories.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with clinical laboratory experience and instrumentation skills to be an interface between our customers and our service organization. This individual will receive customer calls, localize the issue to either the user, the instrument or the product and initiate support. Must have a BS in Science and at least 4 years of clinical laboratory experience, laboratory equipment experience and have a good undersatnding of ELISA assays.
The work hours for this position will be 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Must be willing to take technical calls after hours and travel on short notice.
