Visit us at www.bio-rad Responsible for daily data entry, routing, and completion of engineering change orders. Also responsible for photocopying documents, scanning, filing records, and preparing interoffice mail. Typing and formatting documents in Word and Excel used in the design, manufacture, testing, and distribution of products in accordance with established procedures including FDA/Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485. Responsible for setting up new and revised pdf and Excel online batch record documents to support manufacturing and in preparing pdf purchase specifications. Other duties include creating and maintaining VISIO flow-charts, pdf document/form creation, data entry using Access database, and artwork proofing. High School diploma required. A combination of experience and knowledge that produces the required skills and ability to perform the minimum requirements of this position. Typically, this would be two years related college coursework and two years of technical word processing experience. Proven ability to accurately type technical scientific data in a production word processing environment. Strong computer skills including proficiency with WORD and EXCEL. Demonstrated ability for proofing detailed specifications for prolonged periods of time. Proficient in English and possess excellent written (spelling and grammar) and oral language skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PREFERENCE: Work experience in the use of Microsoft ACCESS, VISIO flow-charting, Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer, and Scanning software.
