Sr IT Bus Systems Analyst - Siebel Requisition Number 63392Position Description Analyzes business processes (Sales, Service, Customer Care, Quotes, and Customer Master) to develop and modify information processing systems. Represent the business activity in information technology developments. Coordinates with all functions involved to establish cross-functional business processes. Maps business processes to system functional requirements, tests functional requirements, Supports business implementation of systems. Position Responsibilities Define and implement business systems and processes. Provide recommendations for improved Sales, Service and Customer Care business processes. Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new processes using Siebel, and Siebel Analytics. Work with business area stakeholders to define user processes and Business / User requirements. Work with developers to define Functional and User Interface requirements. Develop queries and reports to support business analysis. Design and develop Analytics enhancements that may include dashboard changes. Provide tier 1 troubleshooting and resolution of Siebel and Siebel Analytics operational issues using appropriate Siebel resources and processes. Adherence to Medtronic SDVLC documentation guidelines and validation protocols. Provide user support for the Siebel and Siebel Analytics applications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, or an appropriate combination of education and experience. 5 Years IT business analysis experience. Desired/Preferred Qualifications Strong analysis, problem solving, and project leadership skills Detailed knowledge and extensive experience working with Siebel 7 and Siebel Analytics. General understanding of Siebel Data Model. Advanced SQL query analyzer skills and experience with Enterprise Manager. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to prioritize and resolve problems aggressively, comfortable with a matrix organization structure. Ability to work effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributor. Familiarity with software development in a regulated industry.
