SAP Finance (FI/CO) Specialist

Mylan is a world leader in providing consumers with an extensive line of high-quality, affordable, and effective pharmaceutical products in a variety of traditional and innovative dosage forms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional support of SAP modules in the Finance area and configuration of SAP FI/CO modules including AP, GL, Asset, AR, and Costing. This position analyzes and solves complex system problems as part of the overall SAP Finance support process and follows appropriate change control procedures including the creation and ownership of Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Testing. The incumbent will also document issues and solutions and understand integration points within SAP and other systems. The successful candidate will provide coaching and consulting to junior team members and business owners on SAP FI/CO solution, work directly with business owners and the development team to prioritize issues and projects, communicate with users, business analysts, and IT personnel regarding issue resolution, proactively identify areas of continuous improvement, and assist in the training of new users. The successful candidate must also stay abreast of new functionality offered by SAP in the Finance area.  Minimum of 5 years experience with BS degree in a related discipline or minimum of three years experience with MS/MBA. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
