Facilities Manager

MDS Pharma Services is currently seeking a Facilities Manager for our Bothell, WA location.

 

The selected candidate will direct and coordinate the operations of the maintenance and custodial teams, in addition to the following:

 

*Management of building operations, security, maintenance, and custodial supervisors *Responsible for telephone operations *Coordinate interoffice moves *Manage vehicle fleet maintenance *Responsible for budget development and control *Coordinate production, equipment and materials in areas of responsibility *Manage waste disposal process *Responsible for research and negotiation of vendors and contractors for facilities *Ensure adherence to OSHA and safety regulations, serve as safety officer for site *Coordinate and manage site safety program  

Requirements:

*BS Degree in Business or related field *2-4 years experience in facility management *OSHA certification preferred *Facilities experience in a laboratroy and animal care facility is strongly preferred
