Meda is seeking a District Sales Manager to direct the activities of field sales representatives for a specific district. The District Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals and for implementation of sales strategy to ensure productivity and profitability of the district. DM will recruit, train, and oversee the development of sales representatives.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years as a District Manager within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in either the allergy and/or CNS market. All candidates must be proven performers with sales performance in the top 1/3 of their organization. Must be very well organized and have strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a results driven team player who is motivated by a competitive salary a top bonus program, company car and other incentives.

Education and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is required. Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
