The Opportunity 

IPC is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to carry out the organization’s mission in accordance with its values and vision as established by its Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the financial, operational, and human resources of the organization; and for providing effective leadership to achieve current and long-range plans, while meeting the organization’s financial and operational goals and objectives. The Qualifications 

The successful candidate will have a proven record of significant executive-level leadership of organizations of the scope and nature of IPC; deep understanding of the pharmacy sector, related industries, and market conditions; strong strategic negotiation skills with a successful track record of shepherding long, complex multiparty negotiations; and the temperament to succeed in IPC’s organizational culture, including strong communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative management style, and the ability to multitask in a diverse, fast-paced business environment. MBA, Registered Pharmacist qualifications not required but a plus; administrative experience in the pharmacy industry a plus.
