A fortune 500 financial service firm is searching for a experienced office coordinator to step into a 10 month contract role in Seattle, WA. Duties: The day-to day will be a little administrative- will be coordinating the Onboarding/offboarding new employees (or GDS) resources. This will entail getting their UID, getting their name into the directory, ordering their laptop, and phone. This can easily be taught to someone. It is an electronic form that is completed and sent in. But this person will have to track the progress and make sure that data security gets it all done. Coordinating the reimaging/fixing of laptops with Siemens.Monthly supply orders. Any facilities issues- cube moves, keeping the seating/floor map, cleaning refrigerator every month, mail distribution, etc. Conference room management- we have 2 conference rooms that we manage on this floor. Person will need to be comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and providing some analysis.
Hiring criteria consist of a criminal background check and fingerprint. Only local candidates will be considered must be able to start immediate.
