Identifies potential borrower, structural and collateral weaknesses Reviews legal documentation, appraisals and environmental reportsQUALIFICATIONS College degree or equivalent experience required 5-8 years relevant experience Expertise in commercial credit, accounting principles and loan auditing Specialized knowledge of UCA cash flow, debt-service calculations, legal documentation, environmental assessments, federal and state banking regulations and commercial real estate appraisal (including cash flow analysis, discount rates, lease analysis and valuation approaches) Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Excellent ability to independently evaluate, analyze and quantify credit risk using multiple financial tools and techniques.
