We are currently looking for a Retail Relationship Manager for our Wenatchee location. Primary focus is to acquire new consumer and small business clients and to expand relationships with existing clients. Effectively manages clients by identifying products and services to meet client needs and/or refers to appropriates sales professionals. Meets or exceeds established sales goals. Required skills/experience: Undergraduate degree in business related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources. Proficiency in sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, prospecting and networking. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Financial services product knowledge Understands personal and commercial financial statements. Experience with outside calling. General knowledge of commercial lending to small businesses Actively participates in daily branch team meetings to share best practices. Travels to client meetings or to meet with clients on-site at another branch location.
