Relationship Associate - Retail - KeyBank - Gig Harbor, WA Scope of the Position: You will serve as a proactive member of the KeyCenter Team by being an initial contact for new and existing clients; Identifies and resolves complex client service opportunities; support the retention and growth of profitable client relationships through sale of basic deposit and consumer loan products and refers complex product and financial services needs to the Relationship Manager. You will also analyze required financial and personal data to cross sell products and services to clients. This is a position designed for entry level and training for up to one year.Qualifications: Requirements for this role include a minimum of two years call center, customer service, telesales, telemarketing or retail sales experience. You must also demonstrate strong customer service skills, in-depth knowledge of banking products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have strong financial services product knowledge.
