The Receptionist/Office Administrator functions as the first point of contact for our customers by greeting them when they arrive, or when they call. This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding the relationship with customers by providing overall customer support and directing them to appropriate person to assist them with their needs.
Additionally, the Receptionist/Office Administrator will handle general office duties that will include managing the lobby area, sorting and distributing mail, managing staff calendars to ensure that accurate information is being relayed to customers and provide support to commercial and private banking departments with special projects.
To be considered for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or relevant job experience with a concentration in the business area. Qualified candidates will outstanding customer service skills to include a positive and friendly demeanor, professional appearance and general willingness to help. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively via telephone and in person with employees, bank customers and local professionals.
Preferred backgrounds will include excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively via telephone and in person with employees, bank customers and local professionals and proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office applications and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat.
