Responsible for the analysis, development and delivery of organizational development interventions of both large and small scales.Design and execute organization development programs in one or more of the following areas: on-boarding, internal workplace of choice survey, team development, leadership development, change management and performance management.Serve as a consultant, forming collaborative relationships within HR and with various business partners to analyze performance gaps, identify needs and, based on findings, present recommendations for solutions.Design and facilitate interventions to solve or improve business problems. Measure large and small scale business impact of organization development interventions and programs.Required Skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills are required.Must possess solid diagnostic skills with the ability to assess problems and identify and implement appropriate interventions.Excellent project management, facilitation, coaching and consulting skills.Proven ability to multi-task and work in a team-based, fast paced, matrix environment.Required Experience
