Candidate will also cross-train and perform a variety of duties within the Exceptions department. Responsibilities include the ability to communicate with internal associates, meeting daily deadlines, and recognizing client impact.Required SkillsSuccessful candidate must be detail focused with the ability to provide superior client service and an understanding of the impact of their responsibilities on our clients. Candidate must possess the ability to adapt quickly to situations and change, able to work independently, and work with internal associates to resolve client requests. Individual must be able to perform daily functions within the department, meet deadlines on a consistent basis, and be able to communicate with associates both within their department as well as other locations in a positive manner.
