Assisting Department Team Members in meeting deadlines and accurately completing job duties.Responsible for learning and backing up duties within the following job functions:IRA AdministrationGovernment ReportingEnd of Year ProcessingDocument ImagingCustomer Identification Program MonitoringOther duties, as assigned, supporting Operations Services.Responsible for managing the workflow of OIS procedures and maintaining OS procedures. Required Skills
Associate degree or high school diploma with two years bank experience. Requires attention to detail, good judgment, accuracy, ability to recognize and recommend process improvements, and exceptional writing skills. Work requires individual to be a quick learner, work well in a team, analyze situations, be well organized, and set priorities. Candidate must possess the ability to adapt quickly to situations and change, have excellent problem solving and communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook. Strong working knowledge of the Metavante systems preferred. A strong desire to work towards Operations certifications is required.
