Data Quality/Dealer Services Manager

Job Summary: The position of Data Quality/Dealer Services Manager manages three functional areas in the Seattle Production Center and is responsible for their training, development and performance evaluations.
As manager of the Receptionist/Administrative function, this position is responsible for ensuring consistent and courteous telephone coverage and administrative support to the center managers.
As Data Quality Manager this position is responsible overseeing the timely and accurate entry of credit applications. In addition, the position is responsible for adherence to all regulatory requirements as they relate to application entry as well as Regulation B procedures.
As Dealer Services Manager this position is responsible for overseeing the timely processing of all new and renewal of retailer and broker files for the Center. This includes managing the Access Dealer Services Database to track processing time for new files and identify clients life cycle status within the database, ie..new clients, reviews, follow up’s, etc.
