We have partnered together to find a Contract-to-hire Business Analyst to join their winning team in Milwaukee, WI.This Position is for a Business Analyst / Process Data Modeler. The position requires expertise in relational and dimensional logical modeling skills that include ERD, Use Case Modeling and Scenarios, process modeling, Context Models, Conceptual Data Modeling, etc., and the ability to provide leadership and mentoring of same.The capabilities of the role include, but are not limited to, tactical skills with industry models, such as FSDM, modeling tools such as Erwin and/or Power Designer (or comparable toolset.) The role requires 10+ years demonstrated experience as a disciplined data and process modeler, with several years associated in the financial industry. Knowledge of case tool development such as Blue Phoenix's App Building is desirable, but not required.
